Interim Campaign Manager, Nordics

Interim Campaign Manager, Nordics

Interim Campaign Manager, Nordics (4-6 months)

PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to own and drive marketing campaigns across the Nordic markets from planning, coordination to execution. This role exists to turn business objectives into high-impact, on-brand campaigns that actually move demand, revenue, and brand relevance.
As Campaign Manager for Nordics you are accountable for planning, orchestration, and delivery — not just coordination.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT

The Campaign Manager for Nordics is a key member of the Nordic e-Commerce and Marketing team with team members in both Denmark and Sweden. The role reports to the e-Commerce Director and CMO of Interflora Nordics. It involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including the Network Department, Design Studio, Tech team and MyFlower group team members, as well as external agencies. Work is mainly carried out from the office space in Brøndby.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across owned, paid, and partner channels (website, email, social, retail, CRM, etc.) for the Nordic markets.
  • Translate the group template into concrete local campaign plans with clear targets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Ensure and coordinate flawless campaigns across all touchpoints, from concept to launch to post-campaign optimization.
  • Continuously evaluate performance and improve future campaigns based on data and outcomes.

2. Brand & Business Alignment

  • Ensure all campaigns are fully aligned with business strategy, target segments, and brand positioning.
  • Act as the guardian of relevance: campaigns must speak to Nordic consumers while staying true to the brand.
  • Challenge briefs that are unclear, misaligned, or unlikely to deliver impact.
  • Balance short-term performance goals with long-term brand building.

3. Partner & Collaboration Management

  • Lead collaboration with internal stakeholders on creative development, production, and execution.
  • Own campaign briefs and ensure agencies deliver against objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Identify and manage collaborations and partnerships that strengthen campaigns commercially and strategically.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Strong strategic mindset: you understand business objectives, not just marketing tactics.
  • Solid grasp of digital marketing, CRM, and retail/partner activation.
  • Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills — you can lead without formal authority.

KEY CHARACTERISTICS

  • Strong stakeholder and agency management
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • High attention to details
  • Strong project management and end-to-end ownership

SUCCESS IN THE ROLE WHEN:

  • Campaigns consistently launch on time, on brand, and on strategy.

  • Stakeholders trust you to run complex, multi-market campaigns without hand-holding.
